We want our nannies to be happy and feel comfortable with their employers. Family Matters Caregivers Inc. refers caregivers to families looking for quality and experienced help. The majority of the families that we work with are working professionals who wish to provide in-home care for their children. Stress reduction in their busy lives while providing consistency and stability for their children are some of the main reasons that families choose in-home care over some of the other options that are available to them. We look for nannies that are warm, competent, experienced and emotionally mature for any of our positions whether it is live-in or live out. Our nannies love children, enjoy family life, and are able to provide a safe and stable environment for the children in their care. Our nannies understand that all children are individuals and can build relationships that promote trust, self-esteem, and independence.

The goal of Family Matters Caregivers Inc. is to match the requirements of both the family and the caregiver as closely as possible to create a rewarding placement. We will work hard to understand your needs as well as the families’ and introduce you to families that meet your requirements as well as you meet theirs. The most important component of a successful placement is an understanding of the expectations of the nanny’s responsibilities by all parties. Excellent communication is critical to success. To assist you in this end, Family Matters Caregivers Inc. gathers information from all of the families we refer you to. We make sure that positions are clearly defined, and refer applicants to positions that meet their specific requirements: for example, the number and ages of children, location, hours, salary, etc. We will spend time working with both you and the family employers during each step of the process. We will be available to assist and answer questions through your family interviews, the negotiation of your work agreement, your Human Resources work permit and throughout your employment with the family.
